Customised room layouts to suit your needs where possible, the number of people that a customised layout will hold will all depend on the layout.
What is included with the room hire:-
- Tea/Coffee and Biscuits on arrival.
- Replenished mid morning and mid afternoon.
- If required Water on table(s) or with refreshments.
- Data Projector with screen and laptop if required – including setup.
- Easy access and free parking.
- Flipcharts and pens.
- FREE WIFI – password on request.
Facilities for Conferences and Events
Rooms can be set up in various styles (please see photographs for ideas). These are just a few of the options that we have available.


I.T. available to hire
- Additional IT support - available upon request
- Laptop hire (onsite only) - £15 each per day
- Conference Phone - (£20.00 full day hire, £15.00 half day hire)
- Video Conferencing - (£40.00 National per hour, £70.00 International per hour)
Catering
These are our standard options
- Breakfast Buffets (minimum order of five) from £4.00 per head.
- Buffet lunch from £6.00 per head – let us know your requirements.
- Please let us know if you need any vegetarian options.
* Please note we have a minimum cancellation period of 5 working days notice that is required to avoid payment of room hire charges in full.
